Over twenty successful years in the financial services industry led Diane Winn to understand her strengths as a facilitator with clients who are ready to embrace change. Formal training through The Institute of Life Coach training and Coaching & Mentoring International led to certification as an executive and business coach through the governing body of coaching – The International Coach Federation. Her clients enthusiastically share their success stories as they move forward into the fulfillment of their goals.

Both Diane and her partner, Tom Searcy, are trained facilitators of the People Map™ system, a process to uncover and understand different communication styles to establish greater collaboration in the workplace as well as your life. PeopleMap™, combined with Profiles XT assessments, provide a path to clear succession planning and confident decision making.

In addition, Diane has spent the majority of her adult life on the path of personal growth, studying many authors, experts and opinions of the most effective methods of change.
